Open Other User Mailbox and Display Mailbox in Navigation Pane (Left Side)

  • Open Tools >> Account Settings
  • Select/Highlight the account you'd like to add additional mailboxes to. 
  • Hit the Change button 
  • Hit More Setting 
  • Select the Advanced tab 
  • Hit the Add to add additional mailboxes as desired 
  • Once complete, additional mailboxes will be displayed in Mail / Mail Folders pane in Outlook.
