Samsung Fascinate Wallpaper Resolution

Wallpaper resolution or size on the Samsung Fascinate is somewhat confusing...  The background Fascinate wallpaper consists of a single image file (jpg or png) with different portions of the wallpaper image displayed depending on which section of the home screen you are currently viewing.

The entire size of the background wallpaper is: 960x800 pixels.

Each wallpaper subsection measures 480x800 pixels in size and is utilized in the following way...  New in Android v2.2, there are 5 scrollable screens (assuming you're using the stock Android home):
